Postponement of Surrey Provincial Priory
Dear Sir and Brother,
As you know the Chapter of the Provincial Priory of Surrey in the Order of the Temple is scheduled to be held at Croydon District Masonic Hall on Saturday 10 July 2021.
Whilst there are clear indications that the Pandemic is easing and that timetables are being drawn up for the easing of Masonic restrictions, it seems unlikely that local safety restrictions will allow for the planning, coordination and rehearsal needed for a Provincial Priory meeting. I, as Provincial Prior, have decided to postpone the Regular meeting of Provincial Priory until next year.
I and the members of the Executive of the Province invite you to join us for a Virtual Business Meeting (VBM) of Provincial Priory, on Saturday 10 July 2021 at 11:00am (GMT), where we will deal with necessary items of business and confirm Provincial Appointments and Promotions for this year.

I am yet again indebted to Emmaus Preceptory No.446 who will be host to the Provincial Priory of Malta meeting[ at the Surbiton Masonic Centre, Glenmore House, 6 The Crescent, Surbiton, KT6 4BN, on 17 September 2021. The meeting is open to all Knights of Malta, Active Officers and Brother Knights receiving Appointments and Promotions. Those receiving Appointments and Promotions are especially encouraged to attend to be greeted by myself and allowing me the privilege of investing them with their Malta Rank.
It is unfortunate that the Provincial Priory cannot go ahead as planned but the safety of those attending must be my main concern.
